Starting therapy is an act of bravery — a choice to look within and create space for growth and healing. For over 30 years, I’ve worked with individuals and couples navigating relationship struggles, family conflict, career challenges, and the deeper emotional patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
My approach is relational and insight-oriented, helping clients explore how their past experiences shape the present and how understanding these patterns can lead to lasting change.
